This is a 45 minute massage covering the back, neck and shoulders. Begin your treatment with some Myofascial Release techniques to gently work on adhesions of the soft tissue in problem areas of the back and to relax the muscles. Followed by a relaxing massage, using blended aromatherapy oils to reawaken the senses and uplift the spirits.
