Welcome to my website and as the name suggests, my business is based in Tavistock, Devon on the edge of Dartmoor, where I have a professional, calm and private treatment room in my home. I am a few minutes from Tavistock town centre and  there is free private parking right outside.

I offer a range of massage and body work treatments using the highest quality organic oils and skincare products from Neal’s Yard Remedies, for optimum results.  Each treatment is unique, depending on the client’s specific requirements.  I am qualified in Myofascial Release and Scar Tissue Relief, which is beneficial for those with chronic soft tissue pain such as Fibromyalgia or who have had accidents or operations in the past or suffer with Repetitive Strain Injury.

For those with chronic or life limiting conditions, I am qualified to carry out massage on clients who are referred by their G.P. to help with symptoms such as tight/aching muscles, poor sleep, stress and anxiety.  Please contact me for a confidential chat if you are interested in ways I can help with symptoms and suggest a treatment plan specific to you.
